Melanin Child Stories is an inclusive bookshop specialised in children's and adult books that are underrepresented in this society. MCS exists ,aims to support diverse authors. Our journey started through a pop-up shop hosted by SASBS Events, who were willing to support Small Business. Thanks to the amazing response and encouragement from the community, Melanin Child Stories kept on growing.

Taking place over three days in the heart of Leyton, we offer a diversity of independent businesses to help celebrate producers of the African & Caribbean community. If you're looking for gifts, cards, unique prints, jewellery, male grooming kits, skincare, clothes, candles or other original accessories come down! This market truly embodies the community's spirit as well as supporting black businesses.
