Melanin Child Stories is an inclusive bookshop specialised in children's and adult books that are underrepresented in this society. MCS exists ,aims to support diverse authors. Our journey started through a pop-up shop hosted by SASBS Events, who were willing to support Small Business. Thanks to the amazing response and encouragement from the community, Melanin Child Stories kept on growing.

Answering young children's questions about racism is hard. This book gives both children and adults the language and sensitivity they need to talk about the topic. It gently explains what racism is, how it happens, why it is NEVER acceptable and what each and every one of us can do to eradicate it.
